Vaibhav Garg

Vaibhav oversees Kizazi’s work across its strategy initiatives, operations, organization development, knowledge and partnerships. He is deeply passionate about addressing the challenge of education inequity in the world, and excited to drive this by supporting the development of breakthrough school models at Kizazi. Before joining Kizazi, he worked at Boston Consulting Group’s Social Impact practice and has experience in driving large scale transformation projects in Education, Women & Child Development, and Water with State governments in India. Prior to BCG, he was a Fellow at Teach For India and taught 50 fifth and sixth graders in a government school in Delhi. He has also worked as a consultant at Deloitte and holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
